….. Appreciates Rep. Bamidele Salam For Donation of Equipments
The Alara of Ara Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oba Dr. Olubayo Adesola Windapo, has marked his sixth coronation anniversary with a thanksgiving session and the empowerment of selected youths of Ara Kingdom.
The anniversary activities commenced with a special prayer session held at the Alara Palace, where the monarch expressed profound gratitude to God Almighty for divine guidance, protection, mercy, and wisdom since his ascension to the throne.
Kabiyesi noted that the past six years have ushered in noticeable progress and a renewed sense of purpose for Ara Kingdom.
During the prayers, the traditional ruler also sought continued peace, unity, love, and harmonious coexistence among all sons and daughters of Ara Kingdom, both at home and in the diaspora.
As part of events commemorating the anniversary, empowerment items were distributed to selected youths of the kingdom.
The items comprising industrial sewing machines, manual sewing machines, a grinding machine, and a deep freezer, were donated through the support of the lawmaker representing Ede federal Constituency, Rep. Bamidele Salam, and formally presented to beneficiaries by the Alara.
While handing over the items, Kabiyesi commended Rep. Bamidele Salam, describing him as a God-sent leader whose positive impact is evident across Ara Kingdom.
The monarch acknowledged the lawmaker’s various projects and interventions in the area and called on religious leaders and well-meaning individuals to continue to pray for his continued success.
The beneficiaries expressed appreciation and delight, stating that the equipment would enhance their respective trades and improve their economic livelihoods.
They also thanked Kabiyesi for the opportunity and for prioritising youth empowerment.
The sixth coronation anniversary was described as a memorable milestone in the history of Ara Kingdom.
In the course of the celebration, the monarch appealed to the Executive Governor of Osun State, Asiwaju Ademola Adeleke whom he praised for commendable performance across sectors to extend more infrastructural development to Ara Kingdom.
The celebration concluded with prayers for sustained progress, success, and divine blessings upon all sons and daughters of Ara Kingdom, as Kabiyesi expressed gratitude for their continued support and prayers for the throne.
